Proverbs 21:1
HEB: אֲשֶׁ֖ר יַחְפֹּ֣ץ יַטֶּֽנּוּ׃ כָּֽל־ דֶּרֶךְ־
NAS: of the LORD; He turns it wherever
KJV: of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.
INT: he wishes turns all manner along
