HEB: לַיהוָ֑ה לַכֹּהֵ֗ן הַזֹּרֵ֛ק אֶת־ דַּ֥ם
NAS: to the priest who sprinkles the blood
KJV: [and] it shall be the priest's that sprinkleth the blood
